3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: September 14, 2024 at 1:30:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Raffle draw: September 14, 2024 at 2:00:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 1677 Winhara Road, Gravenhurst P1P 1R1

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://hospicemuskokaraffle.com/winners on September 14, 2024.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Hospice Muskoka.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Hospice Muskoka or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Hospice Muskoka does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: susan.antolick@hospicemuskoka.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other
